Inspiration & Planning: The Process
First, the man must propose.
Then the planning can begin.
They wanted a tropical theme, and Kia's grandmother provided inspiration.
Sloths provided more inspiration (Kia and Buttercup, taken at the sloth sanctuary near Puero Viejo, 1999)
Kia learned to surf when she lived in California, and Terry took lessons when he visited Puerto Viejo. The couple plans to surf the morning of their wedding.
These traditional Indian bangles were given to Kia by one of Terry's friends.

Formal Attire at Casa Viva: t-shirt + marker = tux!
Our coordinator, here at her own wedding at Casa Viva, is helping with the arrangements
Having fun on the beach... this was taken mere seconds before the surf washed it away
Crate and Barrel had a registry event with free food! Only 10 items were found and added, but the waffles and blueberries were great.
